PLEASE HELP!!! I currently am in a foreclosure situation, my fiance and 3 kids are very frightened and I honestly don't know what to do at this point. There is a sheriff's sale on our home on Aug 23 scheduled, and we need about ten thousand dollars to make things right again. After much negotiating with our lender, they just will not or care not to help us. It just seems like one bad thing after another has happened to us--job losses, auto repairs, you name it. My fiance and I are back to work, but in the meantime we're so far behind and things have gotten so bad that no one will help us. I happened across this website and I guess you could say this is my last ditch effort at any way out of this absolute nightmare.
